OF MAJOR AND PLANNED GIVING

A Master’s degree in an appropriate field or a Bachelor’s degree and significant
work experience at a level that equates to an advance degree is required. The successful candidate will have extensive
development experience; excellent communication skills; knowledge of estate
planning and charitable tax law, and the ability to work cooperatively and
collegially in a team environment.
Preference will be given to candidates with strong, successful track
records soliciting and closing major, leadership, and planned gifts; successful
development experience in higher education; and marketing experience.
The
anticipated compensation range for the position is low to mid 60s, commensurate
with experience, and with an excellent benefits package.
