Head
Coach of Men’s Lacrosse
A Master’s
degree in a related field; or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus
training and experience at a level that equates to an advanced degree is
required. Significant and successful
demonstrated head coaching experience at the collegiate level; knowledge and
demonstrated experience with the National Collegiate Athletics Association
rules and regulations; demonstrated experience in team management; excellent
interpersonal communication skills; ability to travel and work non-traditional
hours; and the ability to manage people and projects are required. Preference will be given to candidates with
proven experience in recruiting successful student athletes consistent with
NCAA guidelines; experience in fostering positive internal and external public
relations; and experience in recognizing, supporting, and referring student
athletes for needed academic and personal support.
