Employee Benefits: Worker's Compensation
All full-time and part-time employees are covered under Worker's Compensation.

If you are injured on the job, please let your supervisor know immediately.  You will also need to contact the Office of Human Resources, Return-to-Work Coordinator (Brian Baines) at 4-7600.  He will assist you in completing the forms necessary for reporting a claim under Worker's Compensation.

Claims are handled by Managed Care Innovations.
